Service Desk Support Engineer
This is an opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience across a number of environments as well as gaining industry certifications. You will be part of a high-quality technical support team that assists over 100+ business throughout Queensland
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Hyper-V, Windows Desktop platforms, Networking, Next Gen UTM firewalls, VoIP and previous MSP experience will be highly regarded.
QLD Drivers license, good communication and time management skills and problem-solving skills are all a requirement of this position.
Senior Systems Engineer
As part of our senior team you will have the opportunity to investigate and put forward improvements to our technology stack provided to our customers. Provide support for our Systems Engineers and importantly share your knowledge with them as mentors.
You would have worked in the MSP environment for a number of years and understand that problem-solving and communications are a key part of your position. A good work ethic with the desire to learn and develop your skills further.
Intimate knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Hyper-V, VoIP, Hosting solutions along with design and implementation skills for customer networks.
